For Free WordPress Products (Themes and Plugins)

We will regularly review inquiries and issues related to our free WordPress products (themes and plugins). Bug fixes will be included in future releases.

For Premium WordPress Products (Themes and Plugins)

Please provide adequate details regarding your questions and issues so we can assist you effectively. The following information is recommended for submission:

– Submit your inquiries under the registered email address used to purchase our products.
– Specify which Products (Themes and Plugins)  you are experiencing difficulties with and provide a detailed description of your question or issue (screenshots are highly encouraged, as they can convey a lot).
– Include the URL link to your live or test site, along with your PHP/server configuration settings. We will respond with our feedback within 48 hours.

What We Do NOT Support

We do not provide support for third-party extensions/plugins, as we do not develop such code. You may need to reach out to the third-party extension/plugin providers for assistance.

Questions about basic WordPress functionality and CSS are supported by the community. Unfortunately, we do not offer customization work.
